“For the Fans” From JetsCamp
Read an article about JetsCamp on August 11th with exclusive interviews with the unique positive media questions that I bring to the NFL. The players I interviewed for this article are Mark Sanchez, Dustin Keller, Marquice Cole, and Head Coach Rex Ryan. The focus of my day was meeting a variety of Jets fans. Jets DT, Carlton Powell Interview
Carlton Powell played college football for Virginia Tech University. He is one of few players in collegiate history that have a statistic like this: In over 100 run plays directed at him, he had a negative rushing total to running backs. He was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the fifth round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He has been a member of a few different teams. I met him when he was with the New York Jets last year at training camp. Check out the two interviews that we have. Keep in mind, the earlier date was my third ever interview.

“A Play A Day” From JetsCamp
Read the second article about my experience from JetsCamp on August 8th. I transcribed the interviews that I conducted today. They were very informative interviews, and definitely a lot of fun. The players I interviewed for this article are Jamaal Westerman, Eric Smith, John Conner, D’Brickashaw Ferguson, Mark Sanchez, Scotty McKnight, OC Brian Schottenheimer, and Head Coach Rex Ryan.
Redskins DB, Reed Doughty Interview
Reed Doughty played college football at University of Northern Colorado where he was a teammate of Chargers WR, Vincent Jackson. He entered the 2006 NFL Draft and was drafted in the 6th round by the Washington Redskins. He is known as a great tackler and has almost 300 tackles in his NFL career. He was a teammate of Sean Taylor and shares his memories with him. Check out our interview that was conducted before the 2011 NFL season.

Former Rams Special Teams Captain from the Greatest Show on Turf, Tony Horne Interview
Tony Horne played college football at Clemson University. He entered the 1998 NFL Draft, but was actually undrafted. He then signed with the St. Louis Rams. He was a member of the Super Bowl XXXIV-winning team. During this special game, he was nominated to be the Rams’ Special Teams Captain. Afterwards, he was traded to the Chiefs, but got injured and has not been able to play football for the rest of his life. Read more 
49ers Safety, Chris Maragos Interview
Chris Maragos first went to Western Michigan University to play college football, and then transferred to play at what he calls his dream school growing up, the University of Wisconsin. He went undrafted after the 2010 NFL Draft. He signed with the 49ers as a UDFA, and made the team’s practice squad in the 2010. He most recently signed with the Seattle Seahawks after being cut by the 49ers. This interview was conducted before the 2011 NFL season.
Rams WR, Austin Pettis Interview
Austin Pettis was a starter since freshman year at Boise State from 2007 through 2010. He totaled 229 receptions and 2838 yards (which was ranks 2nd all-time in Boise State history). He also accumulated 39 touchdowns. He was selected twice as First-Team All-WAC in 2009 and 2010. He entered the 2011 NFL Draft, and was drafted in the 3rd round, 78th overall. During his rookie season with the Rams, he had 27 receptions for 256 yards.
Beards > Blogs by Austen Lane
Austen Lane wrote his second blog, and decided to compare Beards and Blogs. I don’t know how he did it, but it’s hilarious! AL is known for his humor and sarcasm on his twitter. He develops the “Beard” Big Board and the “Without Beards” Big Board. He also reports about D’Anthony Smith. I’m sure you’ll have a great laugh while reading this blog!
Blog NUKE by Austen Lane
Austen Lane wrote his first blog, and called it a Blog NUKE! Lane played collegiately, for the Murray State Riders, and was drafted to the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2010. He is one of their better run defenders on the defensive line. AL is known for his humor and sarcasm on twitter. He writes his first article with the fans in mind. Panthers DL, Terrell McClain Interview
Terrell McClain played college football at the University of South Florida from 2007 through 2010. He was nominated 1st team All-Big East after a stellar senior season. During his time at USF, he totaled 89 tackles, 17 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks, 10 QB hurries, 1 pass breakup, 2 forced fumbles, and 1 fumble recovery. He was drafted in the 3rd round by the Panthers of the 2011 NFL Draft. During his rookie season, he totaled 19 tackles and 1 sack. Click here to check out the interview that we did.
