08/09/13 – Dolphins vs. Jaguars
Often times, the first preseason game, both teams go in “dry” or without a gameplan. This tactic really allows for coaches to find players who can “play football” and see who separates themselves from the entire pact of new members on the team. This is the Dolphins second game this week, and they started game-planning earlier in the week. However, after interviewing Jaguars players, they didn’t organize a game-plan. Before the beginning of the game, the Dolphins had the advantage, and the final score with Miami ahead, 27-3, reflected just that.

Edgerrin James Youth Football Camp
When I heard about the Edgerrin James Football Camp in Ave Maria, Florida, I knew Pro Interviews had to take a 2 hour drive there and be in attendance. I have heard throughout the last few years that former Miami Hurricanes RB was a class act. I read an article that he continued to give back to his hometown of Immokalee and to underprivileged youth. In the past, Edgerrin James paid for these free football camps and organized it, but he also continues giving something that has no dollar value. He gives his hometown his time.

Dolphins OTAs on 5/29, Interviews Included
I have been to training camps and games before, but I have never before covered an OTA. I had a lot to learn, and learn quickly. The way the Miami Dolphins practice is fast and intense. They have multiple players going head-to-head on different teams battling each other. Even with the speed, it was hard to not notice, that if a coach were teaching a player, he would immediately slow down and tell the player what to do, and how to do. Read more

But there is also, current free agent Danny “DJ” Ware.
