Colts MLB, Pat Angerer Interview recapping the 2011 season
Pat Angerer entered the 2010 NFL Draft, and was drafted in the 2nd round, 63rd overall by the Indianapolis Colts. He totaled eighty-eight tackles last year, one sack, one forced fumble, and two pass breakups last year. Angerer started every game in 2011 for the Colts and finished 4th in the league with 148 tackles, 1 sack, 1 interception, 3 pass breakups, and 2 forced fumbles. Don’t Be a Blue Ghost by Austen Lane
Austen Lane wrote his fourth and final blog for us here at Pro Interviews. I don’t know how he did it, but it’s even funnier than the last comparison! This time he compiles the “Austen Lane’s List of Weak Links” which includes, but is not limited to Velma from Scooby Doo, the Yellow Starburst, and Pop-Tarts. AL also wrote about his opinion of the Transformers this past weekend. It’s a great closing to Austen Lane’s blogs.
WNBA = Mohawks by Austen Lane
Austen Lane wrote his third blog, and this time, compared the WNBA and Mohawks. I don’t know how he did it, but it’s even funnier than the last comparison! He develops the “Austen Lane’s WNBA Guide for People Who Have Nothing Left to Hold On To!” AL also wrote about his teammate, Larry Hart’s Mohawk. He encourages you to vote in his poll too. Austen Lane wrote his second blog, and decided to compare Beards and Blogs. I don’t know how he did it, but it’s hilarious! AL is known for his humor and sarcasm on his twitter. He develops the “Beard” Big Board and the “Without Beards” Big Board. He also reports about D’Anthony Smith. I’m sure you’ll have a great laugh while reading this blog!
Blog NUKE by Austen Lane
Austen Lane wrote his first blog, and called it a Blog NUKE! Lane played collegiately, for the Murray State Riders, and was drafted to the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2010. He is one of their better run defenders on the defensive line. AL is known for his humor and sarcasm on twitter. He writes his first article with the fans in mind. Falcons DT, Corey Peters Interview
Corey Peters played college football at the University of Kentucky in the Southeastern Conference. While he was there, he totaled 146 tackles and 11 sacks. After his collegiate career, he entered the 2010 NFL Draft, and was drafted in the 3rd round by the Atlanta Falcons. Since he came into the NFL, he has totaled 59 tackles, 4 sacks, 4 pass deflections, and 1 interception. He has been one of the most promising young defensive tackles in the NFL. Bengals LB, Vincent Rey Interview
Vincent Rey played college football at Duke University. He totaled 330 tackles, 28 tackles for a loss, 5.5 sacks, 3 interceptions, 3 fumble recoveries for TDs during his collegiate career. He entered the 2010 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. He signed with the Cincinnati Bengals and in 2011, he became a key player for their Special Teams unit. He entered the 2010 NFL Draft, and was drafted in the 2nd round by the Indianapolis Colts. I had a chance to meet him back in 2010 after his first NFL start against the Washington Redskins. Dolphins WR, Marlon Moore Interview
Marlon Moore played college football at Fresno State University. He totaled 90 receptions, 1374 yards, and 10 touchdowns throughout his college career. He entered the 2010 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. He signed with the Dolphins and totaled 6 receptions, 128 yards, and 1 touchdown during his rookie season. Jaguars OT, Kevin Haslam Interview
Kevin Haslam played college football at Rutgers University. He started 32 games throughout his collegiate career, and played in 43 games. He entered the 2010 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. He signed with the Jaguars and played in five games during his rookie season. Check out our interview that was conducted before the 2011 NFL season. Jets FB, John Conner Interview
John Conner played college football at the University of Kentucky. He was considered one of the best and most complete fullbacks going into his senior season. He entered the 2010 NFL Draft, and was drafted in the 5th round by the Jets. He was the backup behind Tony Richardson during his rookie season. In 2011, he earned the starting role and is the only fullback on the NY Jets roster. This interview was conducted after the 2010 NFL season.
Jaguars DE, Austen Lane Interview
Austen Lane played college football at Murray State. He entered the 2010 NFL Draft, and was selected in the 5th round by the Jacksonville Jaguars. He is on the Jacksonville Jaguars roster. He got his first sack against the Saints in 2011, but was placed on IR later in the season. He is one of the funniest players on twitter, and he hopes to produce next season. Jonathan Dwyer played college football for Georgia Tech. He was an All-American in 2008, and nominated as the ACC Player of the Year in 2008. He rushed for about 3000 yards in three years of college football. He attended the NFL Combine, after deciding to forgo his senior season, and entered the 2010 NFL Draft, and was selected in the 6th round by the Pittsburgh Steelers. Undrafted Free Agent, Former Texas Southern University, TE Jonathan Hannah Interview
Jonathan Hannah first played college football for Florida State University, but then transferred to play for Texas Southern University. His best game in college came where he had 9 receptions for 135 yards and 2 touchdowns. In 2009, he totaled 30 receptions, 425 yards, and 3 touchdowns. He entered the 2010 NFL Draft, but went undrafted and he actually never got the chance to sign with an NFL team. This interview was conducted a month after the NFL Draft. Read more
