With the 2012 NFL Draft coming up, Carriker thought it would be relevant to write an article about the NFL Draft, and his draft day experience. Back in 2007, Adam Carriker was a first round pick for the St. Louis Rams. It’s actually very interesting how he became a member of the St. Louis Rams.

Brandon Lindsey attended Aliquippa High School and was a teammate of Darrelle Revis (Jets DB). He then went to play at the University of Pittsburgh. He was a teammate of Greg Romeus (Saints) and Jabaal Sheard (Browns). He played defensive end during his sophomore and junior seasons. When Pitt changed their defense, he switched to outside linebacker for his senior season. BL was second-team All-Big East during both his junior and senior year. He entered the 2012 NFL Draft. This interview was conducted before the 2012 NFL Draft.

My Free Agency by Adam Carriker
Adam Carriker writes his second blog. For give you a little background, after the St. Louis Rams traded Carriker to the Washington in Redskins, he had two years left on his contract. He was a free agent recently, and the Redskins offered him a new contract. He signed a 4-year, $20 million dollar contract. It’s a great read for as it his extremely relevant to his whole free agency process this past season!

In the end of February, Adam Carriker decided to write blog articles for Pro Interviews. Carriker played collegiately for the Nebraska Cornhuskers. He was selected in the 1st round of the 2007 NFL Draft by the St. Louis Rams. He was then traded in 2010 to the Washington Redskins. He’s been a member of the Redskins since. Adam Carriker attended the University of Nebraska and was nominated for numerous awards during his junior and senior seasons like First-Team All-Big 12 and Big 12 DL of the Year. He indirectly served as someone Ndamukong Suh looked up to. He entered the 2007 NFL Draft, and was selected 13th overall by the St. Louis Rams. He then was traded to the Washington Redskins. This most recent season, he totaled 34 tackles, and 5.5 sacks. He signed a contract extension with the Washington Redskins.

Chris Stewart was a member of Notre Dame Fighting Irish from 2007 through 2010. He entered the 2011 NFL Draft, but went undrafted through the seven rounds. He then signed a small contract with the New York Jets, but was cut before the final roster cuts. He never made the 53 man roster. Jets FS, Eric Smith Interview
Eric Smith was a member of Michigan State Spartans from 2002 through 2005. He then entered the 2006 NFL Draft, and was drafted in the 3rd round, 97th overall by the New York Jets. He has been a safety on the Jets since, playing and starting both on special teams and on defense. Eric Smith has totaled over 200 tackles in the NFL, 19 pass deflections, and 1 sack. This interview was conducted before the 2011 NFL season.
