Redskins DB, Reed Doughty Interview
Reed Doughty played college football at University of Northern Colorado where he was a teammate of Chargers WR, Vincent Jackson. He entered the 2006 NFL Draft and was drafted in the 6th round by the Washington Redskins. He is known as a great tackler and has almost 300 tackles in his NFL career. 49ers Safety, Chris Maragos Interview
Chris Maragos first went to Western Michigan University to play college football, and then transferred to play at what he calls his dream school growing up, the University of Wisconsin. He went undrafted after the 2010 NFL Draft. He signed with the 49ers as a UDFA, and made the team’s practice squad in the 2010. He most recently signed with the Seattle Seahawks after being cut by the 49ers. This interview was conducted before the 2011 NFL season.
Jets FS, Eric Smith Interview
Eric Smith was a member of Michigan State Spartans from 2002 through 2005. He then entered the 2006 NFL Draft, and was drafted in the 3rd round, 97th overall by the New York Jets. He has been a safety on the Jets since, playing and starting both on special teams and on defense. Eric Smith has totaled over 200 tackles in the NFL, 19 pass deflections, and 1 sack. Akbar Gbaja-Biamila wrote his second article for all of us. Gbaja-Biamila talks about his defensive coordinator, Wade Phillips and his linebacker coach, Greg Manusky’s impact on him and his approach to the game. Jets OLB, Jamaal Westerman Interview
Jamaal Westerman played college football at Rutgers from 2005 through 2008. He was known a pass rusher and totaled 141 tackles, 45 tackles for loss, and 26 sacks throughout his time at Rutgers. He finished college third all-time with sacks. He entered the 2009 NFL Draft, but actually went undrafted. He signed a UDFA contract with the New York Jets. In 2011, he had 32 tackles and 3.5 sacks and forced 2 fumbles. This interview was conducted before the 2012 NFL season.

Panthers DL, Terrell McClain Interview
Terrell McClain played college football at the University of South Florida from 2007 through 2010. He was nominated 1st team All-Big East after a stellar senior season. During his time at USF, he totaled 89 tackles, 17 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks, 10 QB hurries, 1 pass breakup, 2 forced fumbles, and 1 fumble recovery. He was drafted in the 3rd round by the Panthers of the 2011 NFL Draft. During his rookie season, he totaled 19 tackles and 1 sack. Click here to check out the interview that we did. Falcons DT, Corey Peters Interview
Corey Peters played college football at the University of Kentucky in the Southeastern Conference. While he was there, he totaled 146 tackles and 11 sacks. After his collegiate career, he entered the 2010 NFL Draft, and was drafted in the 3rd round by the Atlanta Falcons. Since he came into the NFL, he has totaled 59 tackles, 4 sacks, 4 pass deflections, and 1 interception. He has been one of the most promising young defensive tackles in the NFL. Akbar Gbaja-Biamila wrote his first article for Pro Interviews. Gbaja-Biamila played collegiately, for the San Diego State Aztecs, and then professionally, for the Miami Dolphins, Oakland Raiders, and the San Diego Chargers. He is brothers with Packers great, Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila. AGB wrote about the preparation of an athlete for life after the NFL. UNC S, Deunta Williams Interview
Deunta Williams played college football at the University of North Carolina. He totaled 188 tackles and 12 interceptions during his collegiate career. He didn’t get to play during his senior season in college due to an NCAA rule violation. He entered the 2011 NFL Draft, but gave up his opportunity to play for a team due to an injury. Colts MLB, Pat Angerer Interview
Pat Angerer played college football at the University of Iowa. He totaled 242 tackles, 2 sacks, and 6 interceptions during his junior and senior seasons. He entered the 2010 NFL Draft, and was drafted in the 2nd round by the Indianapolis Colts. I had a chance to meet him back in 2010 after his first NFL start against the Washington Redskins. He started every game in 2011 for the Colts and finished 4th in the league with 148 tackles. Check out our interview that was conducted in the spring of 2011.
Buccaneers DE, Stylez White Interview
Stylez White played college football at University of Minnesota and after that, he entered the 2002 NFL Draft, and was drafted in the 7th round. He played for the Texans, Buccaneers, Falcons, Titans, Saints, Redskins, and Bears early in his carer. He then played in the AFL, and was the Defensive Player of the Year. After that, from 2007 to 2010 he played for the Buccaneers and totaled 137 tackles and 24 sacks. This interview was done in the spring of 2011.
Redskins S, Sha’Reff Rashad Interview (video)
Sha’Reff Rashad played college football at the University of Central Florida. He totaled 259 tackles, 27 pass deflections, 10.5 tackles, and 14 interceptions throughout his collegiate career. He entered the 2009 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. He signed with the Giants and played on their practice squad. In 2010, he played for the Redskins. This is a VIDEO interview! This was conducted in March of 2011.
Retired NFL DT, Jason Ferguson Interview
Jason Ferguson played college football at the University of Georgia. He entered the 1997 NFL Draft, and was selected in the 7th round. He played for the Jets for seven years, the Cowboys for three years, and the Dolphins for two years. He was a great defensive lineman for all of the teams he played on. At the end of his career, he served as a mentor to Paul Soliai. This interview was conducted after the 2010 NFL season. He is currently no longer in the NFL. Read more

Donovin Darius played college football at Syracuse University. He earned the title, Big East Defensive Player of the Year as his senior year. He entered the 1998 NFL Draft, and was selected in the 1st round. He played for the Jaguars for eight years from 1998 to 2006. Shaun Smith played college football at South Carolina. He entered the 2003 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. He signed with the Dallas Cowboys and was a member of their practice squad. Throughout his career, he has played for the Saints, Bengals, Browns, Lions, and with the Chiefs. This interview was conducted mid-way through the 2010 NFL season. [UPDATE: In 2011, he signed with the Tennessee Titans. He posted 25 tackles, 1 sack, and 2 STFs this past year.]
