Detroit Lions S, Don Carey Video Interview via Skype

My first ever interview, Don Carey, becomes our first ever Skype interview for Pro Interviews! Make sure you check it out, and go ahead and give our video a view. Don Carey grew up a Lions fan in Michigan, and in just about five games (including the playoffs) with the Detroit Lions last year, Don Carey racked up twelve tackles, and had one pass deflections. Gridiron Grunts mobile app presented by co-founders, Jeb Terry and Ryan Nece

Former NFL teammates, offensive lineman, Jeb Terry and linebacker, Ryan Nece developed an iPhone and Android application called ‘Gridiron Grunts’. Basically, players go on and grunt their thoughts through short audio recordings. It’s a pretty awesome application and you can download it at this link here, www.bit.ly/progrunts. Fans can subscribe to different players’ feeds and add friends onto their own network to communicate with their friends and their favorite players. Check out the interviews with the co-founders!

Lions Special Teams Ace, Isaiah Ekejiuba Interview

Isaiah Ekejiuba never played high school football, and only tried college football for the University of Virginia when he was first approached to try out for the team during his sophomore year. He had an immediate impact for the Cavaliers on Special Teams. He entered the 2005 NFL Draft, and signed as a UDFA with the Cardinals, but was cut. He then signed with the Oakland Raiders, and after a few weeks on the practice squad, he was promoted to the active roster. He played on Special Teams and in 2009, he was nominated to become a Pro Bowl alternate. [UPDATE: He was cut by the Raiders in the 2010 NFL offseason. He signed with the Detroit Lions.] Read more »
