In 2012, Arizona Cardinals Punter, Dave Zastudil set a single-season record for most punts inside the 20 yard in NFL history with 46. Former FAMU Nose Tackle, Padric Scott was prepared for this year’s 2013 NFL Draft. Without a NFL Combine invite, he was still hoping for his name to be called on the third day of this year’s NFL Draft. Unfortunately, his name was not called, but he most recently signed a free agent contract with the Arizona Cardinals. He originally played for Stanford out of high school, but transferred and decided to play for the Florida A&M Rattlers and Coach Joe Taylor for the rest of his collegiate career. Arizona Cardinals defensive lineman, Calais Campbell is all about giving back to the community. After graduating from the University of Miami in 2007, his red-shirt junior season, he decided to leave for the NFL. He was selected in the 2nd round, 50th overall in the 2008 NFL Draft by the Cardinals. He has been very productive on and off the field. Marcel Shipp played for the University of Massachusetts and was an All-Atlantic 10 selection three times in his collegiate career. He then entered the 2011 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. He signed a UDFA contract with the Arizona Cardinals. MS was a member of the Arizona Cardinals from 2002 through 2007. More recently, he played in the UFL with the Las Vegas Locos. His best season came in 2003 when he played with Emmitt Smith in 2003. He totaled 830 yards on the ground and another 184 receiving. This interview was done in December of the 2011 NFL season.
Ali Highsmith played college football for Louisiana State University. He was a Butkus award semifinalist during his junior and senior year. In 2007, he was First-Team All-SEC. He entered the 2008 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. He signed with the Arizona Cardinals, appearing in six games during his rookie season. In 2009, he signed with the practice squad. He most recently signed a future contract. This interview was conducted before the 2010 NFL season. [UPDATE: He was waived by the AZ Cardinals, and then signed with the San Diego Chargers. Kerry Rhodes attended the University of Louisville and started in 19 games, but played in 44 games. He finished his career with 218 tackles, 1 sack, 11 interceptions, 19 pass deflections, 3 forced fumbles. He was drafted in the fourth round, 123rd overall by the New York Jets in the 2005 NFL Draft. He posted 326 tackles, 9 sacks, 42 pass deflections, and 15 interceptions with the Jets. The Jets traded him to the Arizona Cardinals for two picks in 2010.
