Bills Rookie DB, Don Unamba Interview
In the 2013 NFL Draft, DII All-American defensive back, Don Unamba went undrafted. Don Unamba attended Southern Arkansas University 2008 through 2012, and played during four of his five years there. At the end of the 2012 season, he was recognized as a DII All-American defensive back. He had great pre-draft measurables, but teams were skeptical of the transition from Southern Arkansas to the NFL. Undrafted out of FAMU, Cardinals Rookie DL, Padric Scott Interview
Former FAMU Nose Tackle, Padric Scott was prepared for this year’s 2013 NFL Draft. Without a NFL Combine invite, he was still hoping for his name to be called on the third day of this year’s NFL Draft. Unfortunately, his name was not called, but he most recently signed a free agent contract with the Arizona Cardinals. He originally played for Stanford out of high school, but transferred and decided to play for the Florida A&M Rattlers and Coach Joe Taylor for the rest of his collegiate career. NFL Draft Sleeper, FAMU LB, Brandon Hepburn Interview
Former LB, Brandon Hepburn is prepared for this year’s NFL Draft. After recently attending the NFL Scouting Combine, he is waiting for his name to be called this Draft Day. Brandon Hepburn, originally from New York, was a preferred walk-on at Florida A&M University at the start of Coach Joe Taylor’s tenure. He made an impact during his junior and senior seasons at FAMU and is considered to be a late round selection in the 2013 NFL Draft. Titans CB, Jason McCourty Interview
Jason McCourty attended Rutgers University, and was a great defensive back during his time there. He then entered the 2009 NFL Draft, and was selected in the 6th round by the Tennessee Titans. He has been a member of the Titans since. He has been getting consistently better every year, just like he did in college. This interview was conducted before the 2010 NFL season was over. [UPDATE: J-Mac finished the 2010 season with over 100 tackles.]
