Falcons DT, Corey Peters Interview
Corey Peters played college football at the University of Kentucky in the Southeastern Conference. While he was there, he totaled 146 tackles and 11 sacks. After his collegiate career, he entered the 2010 NFL Draft, and was drafted in the 3rd round by the Atlanta Falcons. Since he came into the NFL, he has totaled 59 tackles, 4 sacks, 4 pass deflections, and 1 interception. He has been one of the most promising young defensive tackles in the NFL. Akbar Gbaja-Biamila wrote his first article for Pro Interviews. Gbaja-Biamila played collegiately, for the San Diego State Aztecs, and then professionally, for the Miami Dolphins, Oakland Raiders, and the San Diego Chargers. Earnest Byner wrote his fourth blog article for Pro Interviews. Byner played professionally for thirteen years, and coached for fourteen years. When he was the running back coach of the Tennessee Titans, he helped Chris Johnson to a 2000-yard rushing season. He highly motivates the running backs that he coached. Vincent Rey played college football at Duke University. He totaled 330 tackles, 28 tackles for a loss, 5.5 sacks, 3 interceptions, 3 fumble recoveries for TDs during his collegiate career. He entered the 2010 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. He signed with the Cincinnati Bengals and in 2011, he became a key player for their Special Teams unit. Deunta Williams played college football at the University of North Carolina. He totaled 188 tackles and 12 interceptions during his collegiate career. He didn’t get to play during his senior season in college due to an NCAA rule violation. He entered the 2011 NFL Draft, but gave up his opportunity to play for a team due to an injury. Colts MLB, Pat Angerer Interview
Pat Angerer played college football at the University of Iowa. He totaled 242 tackles, 2 sacks, and 6 interceptions during his junior and senior seasons. He entered the 2010 NFL Draft, and was drafted in the 2nd round by the Indianapolis Colts. I had a chance to meet him back in 2010 after his first NFL start against the Washington Redskins. Stylez White played college football at University of Minnesota and after that, he entered the 2002 NFL Draft, and was drafted in the 7th round. He played for the Texans, Buccaneers, Falcons, Titans, Saints, Redskins, and Bears early in his carer. He then played in the AFL, and was the Defensive Player of the Year. After that, from 2007 to 2010 he played for the Buccaneers and totaled 137 tackles and 24 sacks. This interview was done in the spring of 2011.

Gibran Hamdan played college football at Indiana University. He entered the 2003 NFL Draft and was drafted in the 7th round. He played in NFL Europe and also was a backup for many NFL teams such as the Redskins, Seahawks, 49ers, Bills. He ended his career with the CFL. He started his own clothing line called, ‘Alial Fital’ and he talks about it in our interview conducted in March of 2011.

Nate Burleson played college football at Nevada. He entered the 2003 NFL Draft and was drafted in the third round by the Minnesota Vikings from 2003-2005. He also played for the Seahawks from 2006-2009 for his career. He is currently a member of the Detroit Lions. In 2010, he totaled 55 receptions, 625 yards, and 6 touchdowns. Chris Ogbonnaya played college football at Texas. He was an Academic All-American during his senior year (2008). He entered the 2009 NFL Draft, and was drafted in the 7th round by the St. Louis Rams. Chiefs Pro Bowl RB, “Nigerian Nightmare”, Christian Okoye Interview
Christian Okoye grew up in Nigeria and never played youth football. He played collage football at Azusa Pacific (D3) school. He entered the 1987 NFL Draft, and was drafted 35th overall by the Chiefs. He played in the NFL for Marty Schottenheimer from 1987 to 1992, and totaled over 5000 yards and 40 touchdowns in his career. He made the Pro Bowl in 1989 and 1991. Check out our great interview!
Jets FB, John Conner Interview
John Conner played college football at the University of Kentucky. He was considered one of the best and most complete fullbacks going into his senior season. He entered the 2010 NFL Draft, and was drafted in the 5th round by the Jets. He was the backup behind Tony Richardson during his rookie season. In 2011, he earned the starting role and is the only fullback on the NY Jets roster. This interview was conducted after the 2010 NFL season.
