CalU of Pennsylvania, NFL Draft Prospect, Seahawks OT, Rishaw Johnson Interview
Rishaw Johnson was a teammate of NY Giants DB, Chad Jones in high school after being forced to move because of Hurricane Katrina. He then went on to play at Ole Miss University. Due to what he calls ‘some big-time mistakes’, he was kicked off the football team in 2010. He then transferred to a DII powerhouse, CalU Pennsylvania. He started all twelve games this past season at Offensive Guard for CalU. He earned DII All-American also. He was invited to the NFL Scouting Combine. He entered the 2012 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. He signed a UDFA contract with the Seattle Seahawks. This interview was conducted before the 2012 NFL Draft.
Washington State NFL Draft Prospect OLB, Alex Hoffman-Ellis Interview
Alex Hoffman-Ellis attended Hamilton High School, and he didn’t start playing football until his senior year. From there, he went to play at Moorpark College, and in eleven starts, he totaled ninety-one tackles and two sacks. He then transferred to Washington State University. He started since his sophomore year, and played in 35 games with 33 starts, and 253 tackles, four interceptions (returning two of them for touchdowns, seven pass breakups. He is entered for the 2012 NFL Draft. This interview was conducted before the 2012 NFL Draft.
Pittsburgh NFL Draft Prospect DE/OLB, Brandon Lindsey Interview
Brandon Lindsey attended Aliquippa High School and was a teammate of Darrelle Revis (Jets DB). He then went to play at the University of Pittsburgh. He was a teammate of Greg Romeus (Saints) and Jabaal Sheard (Browns). He played defensive end during his sophomore and junior seasons. When Pitt changed their defense, he switched to outside linebacker for his senior season. BL was second-team All-Big East during both his junior and senior year. He entered the 2012 NFL Draft. This interview was conducted before the 2012 NFL Draft.

Colts LB, Cody Glenn Interview
Cody Glenn played college football at the University of Nebraska. He played running back throughout his first three years there, and then switched to linebacker for his senior season. He then entered the 2009 NFL Draft, and was selected in the 5th round by the Washington Redskins. He was cut in the preseason, but the Colts signed him and he remained with the Colts from 2009 to 2011. He played in Super Bowl XLIV mainly on Special Teams. This interview was conducted before he signed with the Baltimore Ravens.
Bears LB, J.T. Thomas Interview
J.T. Thomas played college football at West Virginia. He played linebacker and while he was there he totaled 202 tackles, 12 pass deflections, 5.5 sacks, 3 forced fumbles, and 1 interception. He entered the 2011 NFL Draft, and was drafted in the 6th round by the Chicago Bears. He was placed on IR before the season started due to a back injury. He is planning on make a strong return to the NFL next year. This interview was conducted after the 2011 NFL season.
Jets Special Team Ace, Nick Bellore Interview
Nick Bellore played college ball at Central Michigan. After going undrafted in 2011, he trained on his own throughout the entire NFL Lockout. He signed with the Jets for Training Camp and ended up making their final 53-man roster. He is one of their key Special Teamers, and totaled 19 tackles during his rookie season. Jets DT, Carlton Powell Interview
Carlton Powell played college football for Virginia Tech University. He is one of few players in collegiate history that have a statistic like this: In over 100 run plays directed at him, he had a negative rushing total to running backs. He was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the fifth round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He has been a member of a few different teams. I met him when he was with the New York Jets last year at training camp. Akbar Gbaja-Biamila wrote his second article for all of us. Jets OLB, Jamaal Westerman Interview
Jamaal Westerman played college football at Rutgers from 2005 through 2008. He was known a pass rusher and totaled 141 tackles, 45 tackles for loss, and 26 sacks throughout his time at Rutgers. He finished college third all-time with sacks. He entered the 2009 NFL Draft, but actually went undrafted. He signed a UDFA contract with the New York Jets. In 2011, he had 32 tackles and 3.5 sacks and forced 2 fumbles. This interview was conducted before the 2012 NFL season.

Gbaja-Biamila played collegiately, for the San Diego State Aztecs, and then professionally, for the Miami Dolphins, Oakland Raiders, and the San Diego Chargers. Vincent Rey played college football at Duke University. He totaled 330 tackles, 28 tackles for a loss, 5.5 sacks, 3 interceptions, 3 fumble recoveries for TDs during his collegiate career. He entered the 2010 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. He signed with the Cincinnati Bengals and in 2011, he became a key player for their Special Teams unit. Retired Pro Bowl NFL fullback, Lorenzo Neal Interview
Lorenzo Neal played college football at Fresno State University. He entered the 1993 NFL Draft and was selected in the 4th round as a running back by the New Orleans Saints. He got injured in his career, so he made the switch to fullback. He was the lead blocker for great running backs like Corey Dillon, Eddie George, and LaDainian Tomlinson. He made the Pro Bowl four times in his career, and was the lead blocker for 11 straight 1,000 yard running backs. Check out our interview.
Eagles fullback, Leonard Weaver Interview
Leonard Weaver played collegiately at Carson-Newman. He entered the 2005 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. He earned a spot from the Seattle Seahawks and was a member of their team and learned from all-time great fullback, Mack Strong. He was hurt during the 2006 NFL season, but played great in both the 2007 and 2008 seasons. He signed a contract in 2009 making him the highest paid fullback in NFL history. Retired NFL DE/OLB, Akbar Gbaja-Biamila Interview
Akbar Gbaja-Biamila played defensive end for the San Diego State Aztecs from 1998 through 2002. He entered the 2003 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. He signed with the Oakland Raiders and played with them in 2003 and 2004. He then signed with the San Diego Chargers in 2005, the Miami Dolphins in 2006, and then back with the Oakland Raiders in 2007. Seahawks LB, Anthony Heygood Interview
Anthony Heygood played as a linebacker and on Special Teams for Purdue University. He had a great senior season with 114 tackles. He entered the 2009 NFL Draft, but actually went undrafted. He signed a undrafted free agent contract with the Carolina Panthers after the draft. He was waived by the Panthers in the 2009 season, but signed with the Seattle Seahawks and was cut right before camp ended.
