Packers S, M.D. Jennings Interview

M.D. Jennings played college football at Arkansas State. He was known primarily for his cover skills and totaled 8 interceptions throughout his collegiate career. He entered the 2011 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. He signed with the Packers, and was one of four undrafted free agents to make their 53man roster. He is going to be a stud for the Packers in the future. Check out our interview that was done early in the 2011 NFL season.

Gridiron Grunts mobile app presented by co-founders, Jeb Terry and Ryan Nece

Former NFL teammates, offensive lineman, Jeb Terry and linebacker, Ryan Nece developed an iPhone and Android application called ‘Gridiron Grunts’. Basically, players go on and grunt their thoughts through short audio recordings. It’s a pretty awesome application and you can download it at this link here, www.bit.ly/progrunts. Fans can subscribe to different players’ feeds and add friends onto their own network to communicate with their friends and their favorite players. Check out the interviews with the co-founders!

Dolphins DB, Nate Ness Interview

Nate Ness first played Junior College football at El Camino College where he recorded 19 interceptions and 8 touchdowns. He then, went on to play college football for the University of Arizona during 2007 and 2008. He totaled 97 tackles and 7 interceptions while he was at Arizona. He entered the 2009 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. He has been a member of numerous teams from the Browns to the Seahawks to the Jets and now, he’s on the Miami Dolphins roster. Former Rams Special Teams Captain from the Greatest Show on Turf, Tony Horne Interview

Tony Horne played college football at Clemson University. He entered the 1998 NFL Draft, but was actually undrafted. He then signed with the St. Louis Rams. He was a member of the Super Bowl XXXIV-winning team. During this special game, he was nominated to be the Rams’ Special Teams Captain. Afterwards, he was traded to the Chiefs, but got injured and has not been able to play football for the rest of his life. Read more »

49ers Safety, Chris Maragos Interview

Chris Maragos first went to Western Michigan University to play college football, and then transferred to play at what he calls his dream school growing up, the University of Wisconsin. He went undrafted after the 2010 NFL Draft. He signed with the 49ers as a UDFA, and made the team’s practice squad in the 2010. He most recently signed with the Seattle Seahawks after being cut by the 49ers. This interview was conducted before the 2011 NFL season.

Hall of Fame QB, Warren Moon Interview

Warren Moon was the Rose Bowl MVP in 1978. He played football in the CFL for the Edmonton Eskimos. He won five straight Grey Cup Championships. He then entered the NFL, signing with the Houston Oilers. He also played for the Vikings, Seahawks, and Chiefs in his career. He retired passing for over 49,000 yards and about 290 touchdowns. He is 4th all time in Passing Yards, and 6th all time in Passing TDs. He was inducted into both the Canadian Football Hall of Fame and the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Read more »

Jets OLB, Jamaal Westerman Interview

Jamaal Westerman played college football at Rutgers from 2005 through 2008. He was known a pass rusher and totaled 141 tackles, 45 tackles for loss, and 26 sacks throughout his time at Rutgers. He finished college third all-time with sacks. He entered the 2009 NFL Draft, but actually went undrafted. He signed a UDFA contract with the New York Jets. In 2011, he had 32 tackles and 3.5 sacks and forced 2 fumbles. This interview was conducted before the 2012 NFL season.

Earnest Byner wrote his fifth blog. Byner wrote this one specifically about what it was like for him to train to become a Super Bowl Champion. He actually became one when he was a member of the Washington Redskins. He references some things that have helped him guide his career and who he is. Rams Special Teams Ace, Dominique Curry Interview

Dominique Curry first attended college at Cheyney University. He was a great special teams player and wide receiver too. He then transferred to Division II powerhouse, California University of Pennsylvania. He was a stud on Special Teams. He then entered the 2010 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. Eagles C, Jamaal Jackson Interview

Jamaal Jackson played college football at Delaware State, and then, he entered the 2003 NFL Draft, but was actually undrafted. He quickly signed a FA contract with the Philadelphia Eagles. He was their starting center from 2006 through 2009. He is also known to be the longest tenured Eagles player on their roster. He has played in 88 games in his entire career. This interview was conducted before the 2011 NFL season.

Thoughts of a Biker by Earnest Byner

Earnest Byner wrote his fourth blog article for Pro Interviews. Byner played professionally for thirteen years, and coached for fourteen years. Vincent Rey played college football at Duke University. He totaled 330 tackles, 28 tackles for a loss, 5.5 sacks, 3 interceptions, 3 fumble recoveries for TDs during his collegiate career. He entered the 2010 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. He signed with the Cincinnati Bengals and in 2011, he became a key player for their Special Teams unit. The Draft by Earnest Byner

Earnest Byner wrote his third blog article for Pro Interviews. EB has 27 years experience in the NFL, both as a player and as a coach. He was drafted in the 9th round, and was a Super Bowl Champion with the Washington Redskins. He then started his coaching career with the Baltimore Ravens, then went onto the Washington Redskins, then the Tennessee Titans, and then the Jacksonville Jaguars.
