Colts MLB, Pat Angerer Interview recapping the 2011 season

Pat Angerer entered the 2010 NFL Draft, and was drafted in the 2nd round, 63rd overall by the Indianapolis Colts. He totaled eighty-eight tackles last year, one sack, one forced fumble, and two pass breakups last year. Angerer started every game in 2011 for the Colts and finished 4th in the league with 148 tackles, 1 sack, 1 interception, 3 pass breakups, and 2 forced fumbles. Eagles C, Jamaal Jackson Interview

Jamaal Jackson played college football at Delaware State, and then, he entered the 2003 NFL Draft, but was actually undrafted. He quickly signed a FA contract with the Philadelphia Eagles. He was their starting center from 2006 through 2009. He is also known to be the longest tenured Eagles player on their roster. He has played in 88 games in his entire career. This interview was conducted before the 2011 NFL season.

Colts MLB, Pat Angerer Interview

He entered the 2010 NFL Draft, and was drafted in the 2nd round by the Indianapolis Colts. I had a chance to meet him back in 2010 after his first NFL start against the Washington Redskins. Jaguars OT, Kevin Haslam Interview

Kevin Haslam played college football at Rutgers University. He started 32 games throughout his collegiate career, and played in 43 games. He entered the 2010 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. He signed with the Jaguars and played in five games during his rookie season. Check out our interview that was conducted before the 2011 NFL season. Chiefs Pro Bowl RB, “Nigerian Nightmare”, Christian Okoye Interview

Christian Okoye grew up in Nigeria and never played youth football. He played collage football at Azusa Pacific (D3) school. He entered the 1987 NFL Draft, and was drafted 35th overall by the Chiefs. He played in the NFL for Marty Schottenheimer from  1987 to 1992, and totaled over 5000 yards and 40 touchdowns in his career. He made the Pro Bowl in 1989 and 1991. Check out our great interview!

Bills All-Time Great, Hall of Fame RB, Thurman Thomas Interview

Thurman Thomas attended Oklahoma State University, and during his time there he accumulated 897 attempts, 4595 yards, and 43 touchdowns. He is the all time leading rusher in OSU history, and he was known for being the only person ever to put Barry Sanders on the bench. He entered the 1988 NFL Draft, and was selected 40th overall by the Buffalo Bills. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2007 after compiling over 12,000 rushing yards, and over 4,000 receiving yards in his career. Check out our interview. Read more »

Great LSU WR, Demetrius Byrd Interview

Demetrius Byrd played wide receiver for Louisiana State University. He first started playing at Pearl River Junior College and was a complete stud. He then played for LSU in 2008 and 2009 totaling over 1000 receiving yards, 11 touchdowns, and had 72 receptions. He entered the 2009 NFL Draft, but was selected in the 7th round by the San Diego Chargers. When he was drafted, he was in a coma after suffering a serious car accident. He signed with the San Diego Chargers, and was placed on the non-football injury reserve list. This interview was conducted before the 2010 NFL season. Read more »

Jets DE, Marcus Dixon Interview

Marcus Dixon had a rough time growing up. He played for Pepperell High School, but due to a court case and his conviction, Marcus Dixon’s scholarship offers were revoked. After he was released because of his conviction was overturned, he enrolled and played football for Hampton University. After his completion of college, he entered the 2008 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. He signed with the Dallas Cowboys. He then signed with their practice squad and was a member in 2008 and 2009. Eagles G, Shawn Andrews Interview

Shawn Andrews was one of the most successful offensive lineman coming out of Camden Fairview High School. He attended the University of Arkansas and at that time was a teammate of fellow Philadelphia Eagles Offensive Lineman, Jason Peters. He decided to leave school early to enter the 2004 NFL Draft, but was drafted in the 1st round, 16th overall. He made the Pro Bowl in 2006 and 2007. SA was released at the end of the 2009 season, but hopes to find a new team. This interview was conducted before the 2010 NFL season.
