Former Lions S, LaMar Campbell Interview

LaMar Campbell played college football at Wisconsin. He was undrafted after the 1998 NFL Draft. He played with the Lions for five years and while he was there he totaled 120 tackles, 4 forced fumbles. His lone interception in his career was thrown to him by Brett Favre and he returned it for a touchdown! Check out our interview. Rams Special Teams Ace, Dominique Curry Interview

Dominique Curry first attended college at Cheyney University. He was a great special teams player and wide receiver too. He then transferred to Division II powerhouse, California University of Pennsylvania. He was a stud on Special Teams. He then entered the 2010 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. He was working as a physical trainer when the Rams called him. He ended making the 53-man roster. There are two interviews here. Read more »

Bears RB/FB, Matt Suhey Interview

Matt Suhey played college football at Penn State. He entered the 1980 NFL Draft, and was selected in the 2nd round by the Chicago Bears. He played with the Bears from 1980 through 1989. He was the fullback for Walter Payton, and had a great relationship with fans off the field. He is often regarded as one of the best fullbacks in NFL history. Seahawks LB, Anthony Heygood Interview

Anthony Heygood played as a linebacker and on Special Teams for Purdue University. He had a great senior season with 114 tackles. He entered the 2009 NFL Draft, but actually went undrafted. He signed a undrafted free agent contract with the Carolina Panthers after the draft. He was waived by the Panthers in the 2009 season, but signed with the Seattle Seahawks and was cut right before camp ended. Jets Defensive Coordinator, Mike Pettine Interview

Mike Pettine played safety at the University of Virginia in the 1980s. He then decided that he wanted to coach football. He coached high school football from 1996 through 2001. He then joined the Ravens Coaching staff with Rex Ryan and they became instant friends as they both worked together on the defensive line. He was a member of the Ravens’ staff from 2002 through 2008. He left to become the Defensive Coordinator of the New York Jets when Rex Ryan (the Ravens’ DC) left to become the Head Coach of the New York Jets. Chargers RB, Curtis Brinkley Interview

Curtis Brinkley played college football for Syracuse University. He was an all star running back for the Orange. He entered the 2009 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. He signed with the San Diego Chargers, and didn’t end up making the final roster. He then signed with the Chargers’ practice squad. Throughout his rookie season he mixed between the active 53-man roster and practice squad. [UPDATE: He has earned more playing time as he career has gone on.
