Rams Tackle, Joe Barksdale Interview

In the 2011 NFL Draft, LSU offensive tackle, Joe Barksdale was selected in the third round, 92nd overall by the Oakland Raiders. Joe Barskdale attended Louisiana State University from 2007 through 2010. He was second team all SEC during his senior season. He entered the 2011 NFL Draft and afterwards, he was picked up by the Raiders. He earned plenty of playing experience in his first year, however in his second year, he ended up signing with the St. Louis Rams. Check out our exclusive interview.

Current Chargers OL, Former Alabama and Draft Prospect, D.J. Fluker Interview

D.J. Fluker is projected to be a first round draft pick by almost every NFL Draft Analyst. Fluker played at Alabama and was First-Team All SEC this past year after winning his third National Championship. He was a force that could not be reckoned with on Bama’s offensive line. Jaguars Offensive Lineman, Will Rackley Interview

Will Rackley played high school football with current Bills offensive lineman, Cordy Glenn. He decided to continue his collegiate career at Lehigh University. He is one of few players in the school’s history to start every game in the four years. He earned First-Team All-Patriot League honors three times in college. He was selected 76th overall by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the 2011 NFL Draft. Rackley was part of an offensive line that helped Maurice Jones-Drew lead the NFL in rushing in 2011. Read more »

Redskins G, James Lee Interview

James Lee first went to the University of Georgia to play college football, but later transferred to the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference to play at South Carolina State. While he was at South Carolina State, he started 31 of 33 games. He entered the 2008 NFL Draft, but went undrafted and then signed with the Cleveland Browns. He was waived before the regular season, but was claimed and signed with the Buccaneers. He was a member of the Buccaneers from 2008-2011, playing eighteen games, with nine starts. He recently signed a contract with the Washington Redskins. This interview was done right after he signed with the Redskins.

Chasing Destiny by Chris Stewart

Chris Stewart wrote an article about chasing his own destiny. Chris Stewart played for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish (2006-2010) as an offensive lineman. He was picked up as a UDFA by the New York Jets, but was cut before the preseason ended. He is currently on the Arizona Cardinals’ roster trying to make the 53-man team. CS wrote this article about the unique opportunity that he has received.

North Alabama NFL Draft Prospect, OT, Daron Rose Interview

Daron Rose went to Florida State University and played in two games in 2006 (freshman year). And in 2007, he started eleven out of thirteen games. In 2008, he had to sit out from playing football and then in 2009, he attended the ASA Institute in Brooklyn, New York. He transferred to Northern Alabama in 2010 and started six games during his junior year. And last year, he started all 12 games in the season and didn’t surrender one sack. He declared for the 2012 NFL Draft, and is considered a sleeper offensive tackle.

Former Bucs OL, Jeb Terry Interview

Jeb Terry played college football at the University of North Carolina and was an All-ACC selection during his senior year. He entered the 2004 NFL Draft, and was drafted in the 5th round by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played in 30 games throughout his 3-year career with the Buccaneers. Eagles G, Evan Mathis Interview

Evan Mathis played college football at the University of Alabama. He earned First-Team All-SEC Honors in 2004 after having a great season. He entered the 2005 NFL Draft and was drafted by the Panthers in the 3rd round. He played for the Panthers from 2005-2007, then Dolphins in 2008, and the Bengals from 2008-2010. He most recently started 15 games for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2011.

Jaguars G, Uche Nwaneri Interview

Uche Nwaneri played college football at Purdue University. He then entered the 2007 NFL Draft and was drafted in the 5th round. He has remained with the Jaguars since 2007. He has started 61 games in his career, and taken part in 73 total games. Nwaneri is considered the best offensive guards in recent Jacksonville Jaguars’ history. Kevin Haslam played college football at Rutgers University. He started 32 games throughout his collegiate career, and played in 43 games. He entered the 2010 NFL Draft, but went undrafted. Retired Pro Bowl, All-Pro G, Alan Faneca Interview

Alan Faneca played guard for three years at LSU. He left early after totaling over 200 pancakes before his senior season. He entered the 1998 NFL Draft, and was selected 24th overall by the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was 1st-team All Pro and a Pro Bowl selection every year from 2001 through 2007. He helped lead them to a Super Bowl victory, and had a key pull block that sprung Willie Parker to a 75-yard touchdown run. He was a Pro Bowler with the New York Jets in 2008 and 2009.
